Internal Evaluation Top Tip:  Invite "think time" into your agenda for Internal Evaluation. Instead of just putting IE or Internal Evaluation on your agenda be specific eg Infant and Toddler - Oral Language Evaluation - Are our serve and return actions being effective?  Kaiako will then know exactly what is being discussed at the meeting and can think about it beforehand.
